Krystal Elie is a student-athlete currently pursuing a B.A. in Communications and Emerging Media on a soccer scholarship at Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, Georgia. She transferred to GSW in 2022 after attending Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for her freshman and sophomore years. Before that, Elie trained and competed with Masters Futbol Academy in Pickering, ON for four years and considers the academy as her second home to this day. She was also an honour roll and 4.0 student at Father Leo J. Austin C.S.S in Whitby, ON.
Elie was very blessed to have received multiple soccer scholarships during her collegiate years. Without her highlight video, she would not have had as many options as she did out of high school or transferring between schools. As a student-athlete who transitioned from high school to university during COVID-19, her highlight video played a larger role than ever before in obtaining an athletic scholarship to an NCAA institution.
